BendWell

Ten gentle minutes a day.
A calm voice guides you the whole way.

Chair yoga and gentle movement for adults 50 and over. Every session is spoken aloud from beginning to end, so you can follow along without staring at a screen.

Your daily session is free, forever

A new guided session every day, with the full voice coaching. No account, no advertising, and nothing to sign up for. It does not run out after a week, and it never becomes a trial.

What a session is like

You sit in an ordinary chair. A calm voice tells you what to do, one movement at a time, and an illustration on screen shows the shape of it. Nothing is rushed, every movement can be made smaller, and every session ends the same way: stop if anything hurts.

Sessions run about ten minutes. Everything is stored on your phone, so it plays with no connection at all — in a garden, a waiting room, or a spare room with poor signal.

Four programmes

Chair Yoga Foundations
Twenty-eight days of gentle seated movement, ten minutes at a time.
Ten-Minute Morning Mobility
A short, easy sequence to start the day moving. Fourteen days.
Balance & Posture
Seated work for steadiness and an upright, easy posture. Fourteen days.
Wall Pilates — Seated
Gentle wall-supported work, done from a chair.

Made to be easy to use

No subscription. Ever.

$19.99

One payment. Yours to keep, with nothing to cancel.

Not a month. Not a year. Once. Your daily session stays free whether you buy or not — paying unlocks all four programmes, the full movement library, a choice of five, ten or fifteen minutes, and a choice of voice.

There is no free trial, because there is nothing that starts charging you later. The free daily session is the trial, and it does not run out.

Before you begin

BendWell offers gentle movement, not medical advice. It is not a treatment and not a substitute for care from a health professional. Please talk to your doctor before starting, especially if you have had surgery recently or are managing a health condition.
